Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to love your Bowowie Boutique order! ♡ Because our products are handmade and many items are produced in small quantities, please read the following policy before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unworn, free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage, and in its original condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn or used by a pet.

Sizing
Please review our Size Chart and measure your pup before ordering. Breed and weight recommendations are provided only as a general guide because every dog is built differently.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the requested replacement size is available, we will be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for sizing exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Final Sale Items
Personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Bowowie Boutique.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may begin processing quickly, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
