Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping small and supporting Bowowie Boutique! ♡ Each order is prepared with care, and many of our products are handmade.

Processing Time
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

During new releases, holidays, events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your pup’s order ready!

Shipping
Bowowie Boutique currently offers shipping within the United States.

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Please keep in mind that once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Bowowie Boutique’s control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Bowowie Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, please reach out and we will do our best to help you determine the next steps.
